Dave Redington

Global Dispersant Services Lead

Dave joined OSRL with a Royal Navy Marine Engineering Technician, gas engineering, and a contaminated land background. Having also completed an Environmental Chemistry degree, he brings experience in engineering, chemistry, and the environment to the company.

Since joining OSRL, Dave has also been in Response, Business Development, and Consultancy, providing our Members with preparedness advice, exercises, and planning. Dave has participated in active spills in the UK, Gibraltar, and West Africa.

As the current Global Dispersant Adviser, Dave has eight years of experience managing the global dispersant readiness, stockpile standardising, application and maintaining the health of all OSRL dispersant stockpiles. With his experience, he advises industry and global stockpile owners on best practice.
