IMS Training Courses
IMS Certification
Incident Management Courses (IMS) have been developed by OSRL to provide oil and gas operators with an industry-specific systematic management system in line with Incident Command System (ICS) principles set out by the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
As the first oil spill training organisation to receive accreditation from the UK Nautical Institute (NI), OSRL is accredited to deliver the IMS training courses with an OSRL Certificate of Completion.
IMS levels of training courses include:
- IMS 100 - Introduction to Incident Management System
- IMS 200 - Basic Incident Management System for Initial Response
- IMS 300 - Expanding Incidents (Company-specific Customised Course)
- IMS 400 - Advanced IMS (Company-specific Customised Course)
- IMS 402 - IMS Overview for Executives (Company-specific Customised Course)
