The oil spill response landscape is ever-changing, and OSRL is the forerunner in providing new and essential preparedness and response training courses. OSRL-certified courses have been introduced to cover topics not currently included under the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation (OPRC) and, therefore, not OPEP or MCA certified.
