Much of our focus in Technical is about the development of capabilities, either as new technical tools, refining personnel competence or tweaking processes. This development work is, however, only a small part of the value-added to the organisation. Much of our efforts go towards sharing information internally and externally, for example through workshops, webinars, and guides. Finally, a key part of the Technical remit is to provide a layer of assurance. Assurance can take a variety of guises from Technical review of documentation, support of projects and internal audits.
