Incident & Crisis Management Lead

Dave Rouse is the Crisis Management Lead for Oil Spill Response Limited. He has a degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management and has responded to more than 50 incidents globally. In addition to responding to incidents, Dave has supported many organisations, including governments, and national and international oil companies, to enhance their crisis management and oil spill preparedness, including implementing and sustaining crisis management frameworks. He regularly speaks at conferences, workshops and seminars and has coauthored and contributed to several industry good-practice guidance documents.
