OSRL is pleased to introduce a new notification form. The form allows oil spill modelling details to be included without the need to fill in a separate modelling request form. The Mobilisation form has also changed but only to reflect the format of the Notification form. Both forms are printed in OSRL's Yearbook 2014.
The modelling request form is still available as a separate document on our website for instances where ongoing modelling services are required.
All our forms are available for download on Oil Spill Response under the "Activate Us" Section.
Please be assured that we will still respond if the old forms were used.
