Bernard Chia

Preparedness Solutions Advisor (Training Business)

Bernard Chia brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the education and training sector. Bernard also served for a period of time with the Singapore Civil Defence Force, further enhancing his knowledge and skills in emergency response and training.  Bernard serves as Preparedness Solutions Advisor for the Asia Pacific, oversees the Published Training programs across the region.  In addition, Bernard manages other Preparedness activities (i.e. Consultancy, Equipment Hire Projects, and other specialised training services) in select countries within the Asia Pacific region.  With a keen focus, he aims to deliver cutting-edge and innovative solutions for the Energy Industry.
