Dougal Fraser

Principal Consultant

Dougal joined OSRL in 2013 as a Consultant with a BSc (Hons) degree in Marine Resource Management. Dougal is based in the Aberdeen office working on consultancy projects, training, and exercises, as well as providing technical advice to OSRL Members operating in the UKCS.

Dougal has experience in environmental consultancy, managing and developing oil spill preparedness projects for various types of operations, with experience in oil spill contingency planning, capability reviews, strategic and tactical response planning, OPEP training, exercises, and workshops.
