Rhys is currently the Regional Manager for Oil Spill Response Ltd in the Middle East. Based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, our team focuses on the response readiness of our equipment, people and services.
Working with our members and industry partners we provide a robust spill response capability for the region.

As a Spill Response Specialist at OSRL, Rhys has spent the last thirteen years planning for, and responding to oil spills anywhere in the world.
These experiences have developed his knowledge and understanding of all aspects of oil spill response and have enabled him to become a trusted oil spill advisor.
