The application of dispersant fluids from aircraft is an effective way of tackling oil spills, which has been used for many years.
In 2014 the European and US aviation authorities declared that dispersants used in aircraft systems were to be classed as flammable. This decision affected the industry including OSRL, this video explains how we complied with the new regulations by developing TERSUS, an aircraft dispersant delivery system.
