Presented by the OSRL Dispersant Core Group, this webinar will examine the key elements of Dispersant Monitoring in regard to surface and subsea application. The presentation will explain what is monitored for, how it is monitored using SMART (Special Monitoring of Applied Response Technologies) protocols during a response and how this information can be used to inform the incident command of the effectiveness of the dispersant operations.
