OSRL is seeking expressions of interest from qualified local companies to act as a Local Company Representative in Angola.
Requirements:
- Companies must be registered with Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás e Biocombustíveis (ANPG).
- Familiarity with Angola's oil and gas sector and regulatory environment is essential.
- Companies must have an anti-bribery and corruption policy in place or agree to align with ours.

We aim to conduct this process transparently, aligning with feedback from key stakeholders in Angola. This opportunity is open to all eligible companies, ensuring fair competition and collaboration.

Submitting a response to this expression of interest does not guarantee the issuance of an Invitation to Tender (ITT). OSRL is not obligated to issue tender documents or pay any vendor for any response. OSRL may contact all, some, or none of the parties expressing interest in the ITT at its sole discretion.
