Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibility for the installation and operation of equipment is outside OSRL's remit.

Member
As the Incident Owner, the member has overall responsibility for installation and operation of the equipment.

Should the Incident Owner wish the support and expertise of Oceaneering and Trendsetter, a separate contractual agreement must be set up.

OSRL
OSRL is not responsible for the installation and operation of the Capping Stack System (CSS).
