- Provide access to SWIS equipment
- OSRL will own, store and maintain the equipment
- Have the ability to mobilise the equipment to departure port/airport
- Have base personnel/third party available to mobilise the equipment from storage location to departure port/airport
- Provide export documentation for all equipment
- Establish an internal response structure for mobilisation of resources
- Provide generic operating guidelines/procedures/information
- Configure equipment as instructed by the subscriber

- Subscriber to satisfy themself that equipment is appropriate for intended use
- Take full responsibility for the mobilisation of the equipment from the handover point and subsequent deployment
- Subscriber to be responsible for repair/replacement arising from deployment
- Call out process will require the subscriber to sign a Call Out Indemnity for each service
- Need access to personnel to advise and assist with equipment operation and installation
- Need access to suitable deployment and support vessels, and ROVs
- Need access to suitable road, air, sea transportation and logistics
- Subscriber to establish their own incident command system, and have their own Emergency Response Plan.
