Excellent course, really enjoyed the training week here at OSRL, thanks for all your hard work presenting the classroom material, and for the trainer's enthusiasm on the 3 excellent field exercises.

Professional and knowledgeable facilitators. Very willing to share experience and address gaps in our learning. Electronic assessment is a good idea, paperless and corrective action done immediately. Media training was good because it gave you an opportunity to practice in a 'safe' environment.

Chris was excellent with knowledge, management of the course, local knowledge of the spill and cleanup, and generally an all-round fantastic teacher. Jon has an amazing breadth of knowledge of the local area, the spill and cleanup, marine ecology, and his delivery of materials and field walks were fantastic.

All facilitators were technically very good as subject experts. These came through from the way experiences were shared, how exercises were handled and clarity in their presentations. Thoroughly enjoyed the deployment exercises.

Fiona and Rhea were great and communicated the course materials clearly. It is very hard to run a course remotely. The ladies did a great job in creating an interactive virtual classroom makes learning so much easier and fun in the process. Thanks!

The training was really useful, and I especially enjoyed the wildlife section. The course struck a good balance between humour and content, the sessions were engaging and thorough. Although there was a lot of information to absorb, it was presented in a very informative way. The level of detail provided was great without being overwhelming.

I found the course well-structured and explained. To be honest I’ve come away from long info packed days still energised. That doesn’t happen too often on training courses so I’d say it was a well balanced and delivered course. I enjoyed the modules, practical exercises, and insightful content. Great facilitators and interactive sessions.

I found Tim to be very knowledgeable and an excellent facilitator. He provided great knowledge and expert advice at the right times, delivering the content with excellence and engagement. The course had a well-balanced mix of theory, practical activities, and fun. The tabletop and river exercises reinforced what we learned earlier.

Emergency Operations Centre Tour was educational and it taught us the importance of protecting nature and the complications involved during an oil spill response to mitigate the damage to nature.
