Certification Revalidation
If your OPEP Level 3 or OPEP Level 4 certificate is nearing expiration, this course offers revalidation for an additional three years (36 months from the date of the refresher course).

This comprehensive refresher training course provides you with revalidation of the OPEP Level 3 and OPEP Level 4 certification.
Refresher training must be completed within 3 months of the original certificate expiry date. Full recertification will be required if a refresher course is not taken within the stated timeframe.
This training course is comprised of a one-day exercise starting from the initial spill notification through to the production of a full spill response strategy which includes both offshore and shoreline spill response elements.
Covering UK legislation, this course refreshes your knowledge on the statutory reporting requirements, ensuring you understand which relevant UK government agencies you may require to have ongoing communications with, as well as refreshing your understanding the role of the Secretary of State’s Representative (SOSREP) and the functions of the Operations Control Unit (OCU).
